If shopifygmc.com is responding to this page, the web tier is live. The audit worker and Postgres are on the same host; we run a single-region single-instance setup. Production-grade multi-region failover is on the roadmap once we have customers it matters to.

Monitoring

Internal health endpoint: /healthz (liveness) and /readyz (DB-reachable). Off-box uptime monitoring with paging is being set up; until that lands, please email ops if you see the site unreachable.
