11 May 2026 — Production launch
- Gumroad billing live across four products: Starter $12/mo, Growth $39/mo, Agency $199/mo, Rescue Audit $29 one-time.
- Payment overlay opens in-place on /pricing — no redirect to checkout.
- Webhook handler hardened: refund of a one-time product no longer downgrades active subscriptions; unknown product or anonymous purchase notifies the operator for manual reconciliation.
- Privacy policy, Terms of service, Contact pages live.
- Brand cleanup: all user-facing copy now says "shopifygmc" instead of the old internal "gmcauditor".
10 May 2026 — Mobile + responsive
- Every app page (login, signup, dashboard, audits, stores, members, billing, account) collapses cleanly down to 320px.
- Sidebar becomes an off-canvas drawer with hamburger toggle on tenant and platform layouts.
- Marketing site's horizontal-scroll bug fixed; product overlay images, eyebrow chip, and SERP mock all bound by viewport.
- Auth middleware now redirects browser GETs to
/login?next=…instead of returning a bare 401.
9 May 2026 — Brand mark + favicon
- New logo: rounded green squircle with a check mark, gradient from Shopify green to deep teal.
- SVG favicon + multi-size ICO across app + marketing site.
8 May 2026 — Multi-step signup
- Signup form split into email → name → password steps, with a progress indicator.
- Workspace name dropped from the form; we generate it from the user's name.
